I'm Nick Rouholamin, a Consultant Orthopaedic Spinal Surgeon based in the Staffordshire area.
I work in both the NHS and private sectors and offer a wide range of management options for a whole host of spinal conditions.
Having graduated from Southampton University Medical School in 2003, I pursued a career in surgery and completed the basic surgical training programme in Birmingham. Following this I gained a place on the prestigious Stoke/Oswestry Orthopaedic training rotation, and during this time, I received the highest quality in spinal surgical training. I attained the FRCS (fellowship of the Royal College of Surgeons) in 2013 and completed higher level fellowship training in Birmingham (Royal Orthopaedic Hospital and Birmingham Children's Hospital). I was appointed as a full time Spinal Consultant at the Royal Stoke University Hospital in 2015 and continue to work there today.
I'm a current member of BASS (British Association of Spine Surgeons), BSS (British Scoliosis Society), and SBPR (Society for Back Pain Research).
